Responsibilities:

  • Support the management in the operational handling of civil engineering projects in the areas of district heating, district cooling, and traffic planning
  • Execution of civil engineering projects
  • Technical supervision of the project team consisting of draftsmen, planners, and specialist engineers
  • Monitoring of deadlines, project regulations, success, and coordination of construction participants from specialist planners to subcontractors
  • Development of optimization proposals to achieve the best possible costeffectiveness
  • Maintaining the high quality standards of construction projects

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in engineering (m/f/d) with a focus on civil engineering or as a construction, environmental, or water engineer
  • Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the implementation of civil engineering projects
  • Knowledge of common standards and regulations such as HOAI and VOB
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
