We are currently seeking for our location in Hiouchi, CA:
Management Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time
Your tasks:
- Support of local management in administrative tasks
- Sending and ordering promotional materials and gifts
- Organization of workshops, events, and business trips for employees
- Travel expense accounting for the management team
- Management of invoices in SAP
- Creation and processing of orders and purchase requisitions
- Coordination of appointments
- Reception duties including visitor management
- Management of pool vehicles
- Filing of documents and mail dispatch
- Representation in other assistant areas
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial education
- At least 2 years of professional experience in office management or a similar field
- Experience with common office applications and SAP
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational talent
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident appearance, service orientation, and sociability
- Reliability and discretion are required
