Are you skilled in handiwork and love making sure everything runs smoothly? Then we are looking for you as our
Facility Manager (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time to support our garden landscaping department, allowing them to focus entirely on maintaining the green areas.


Your tasks:


  • You will be assigned to multiple properties and your day starts at 4:30 am with trash collection
  • During working hours, you are available in case unexpected problems arise at the properties and you solve them. If you cannot handle it alone, you contact Manuel, your team leader
  • During regular inspections, you monitor technical elements such as lamps
  • You independently carry out repair and maintenance work as needed
  • For some properties, you take care of the maintenance of outdoor areas. However, this only includes light tasks such as watering flower beds

What you bring:


  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Independent, reliable, and careful work ethic
  • Friendly demeanor
  • A class B driver's license is an advantage
