Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring and (systembased) execution of incoming goods processes according to Merz guidelines, taking action in case of deviations from the service level
  • Monitoring the compliant storage of Merz products and internal warehouse movements, as well as their control and supervision
  • Responsibility for timely delivery of goods in the expected quality, including picking, packaging, shipping, and preparation and handover of necessary documents/papers
  • Monitoring and controlling logistics service providers and taking action in case of deviations
  • Careful use of provided equipment and reporting any malfunctions
  • Adherence to quality requirements, participation in audits, handling of complaints, supplier control, GxPcompliant documentation, participation in validations and qualifications
  • Requesting and evaluating offers, supporting orders and invoice verification, disputing unjustified claims, identifying potential cost savings
  • Project work, supporting projects, close collaboration with the departments in Reinheim, Logosys
