- Manage all certification requirements, staying up-to-date with industry regulations and ensuring compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Regularly review client policies to identify potential gaps in coverage or opportunities for optimization, providing recommendations accordingly.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and bookkeeping teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the agency.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Must possess a valid property and casualty insurance license.
- Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
