    BarSplice Products Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of mechanical splicing and anchorage systems for the reinforcing concrete industry. BarSplice has grown into a trusted industry leader over the past four decades through innovation and excellent customer service.

    At BarSplice Products we go above and beyond for our customers with engineered, high-quality mechanical splicing products that are tested on-site in our state-of-the-art testing lab.

    We have crushed our sales goals for the past 10+ years and are gearing up for major growth.
    Seeking an experienced Division Vice President who has a proven track record in B2B sales. We are seeking a hands-on leader to continue BarSplice Product's growth and impact within the concrete construction industry.
    Manage the daily operations of BarSplice and providing instruction and guidance to employees.

    • Manage and develop a world-class organization through coaching, teaching, mentoring, and motivation; Data-driven, analytic skills to ensure we maximize sales and profitability in every distribution channel across North America.
    • Evaluate, develop, and execute salesforce strategies to best serve and expand our customer base.
    • Lead the business by personal example, demonstrating the standard of expectation for ethical conduct, professionalism, performance, and personal development.
    • Oversee expert and in-depth analysis of market and customer trends to establish strategy.
    • Provide marketplace intelligence to show emerging market opportunities, both geographically and product driven.
    • Lead the business planning process by developing sales forecasts and budgets.
    • Participate in policy decision-making for BarSplice Products and parent company, FC Industries, Inc.
    • Our Employees matter and are our best asset.
    Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, or equivalent experience. 15+ years industry experience, 10 years of which must include sales management.

    • 5+ years in the construction products industry, mechanical splices for rebar is a plus.
    • Experience with developing and executing tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
    • Experience managing complex inventory and distributions channels.
    • Is highly organized and has effective time management skills.
    • Has extensive experience with CRM systems.
    • Including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
