Detailed Duties:
HubSpot and Tech Administration:
Administers sales and marketing platforms, including HubSpot, , Vidyard, Zapier, and Pandadoc
Reporting and Dashboards:
Develop all department reports, attribution, and dashboards to accurately report marketing performance
Marketing Process Management:
Manage target lists, landing pages, emails, campaigns, workflows, scoring, and qualification rules
Program Execution:
Work with the product and demand marketing mgrs. to execute programs for lead acquisition, prospect, and customer growth.
Documentation. The marketing operations manager needs to know how to make clear documentation.
The goal is to create a knowledge base that new team members and other departments can use without additional context.
Data Quality and Governance:
Develop, implement, and train stakeholders on campaign governance and hygiene/quality processes
Account-Based Marketing:
Manage operations of 1-1, 1-Few, and 1-Many ABM programs, including targeting, triggers, and reporting
Website Performance:
Conduct SEO activities to improve site visibility and suggest improvements to improve usability and lead conversions.
