- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, equipment, and decorations.
- Greet and check-in attendees, providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide information and directions to guests and assist with any inquiries.
- Monitor the event area to ensure safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues to the event coordinator.
- Support event organizers with logistics and other tasks as needed.
- Manage crowds and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the event.
- Collaborate with team members to address any challenges that may arise during the event.
- Be available to assist with any other event-related tasks as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in event staffing or a customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events may occur outside standard business hours.
- A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
