    **About Our Client:**

    Our client, a prestigious law firm with a robust Corporate Real Estate Practice Group, is looking for a mid-level Attorney to join their dynamic team. This firm boasts a strong reputation for excellence and has a culture that values high academic achievements and solid law firm experience.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Provide legal expertise in a wide range of complex real estate transactions, including but not limited to joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate mergers & acquisitions, and financings.

    Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

    Offer strategic legal advice to clients, helping them navigate through complex real estate transactions with a keen eye for detail and risk management.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, environmental, and corporate groups, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.

    Participate in business development activities, fostering relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the firm's real estate practice.

    **Qualifications:**

    Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with high academic credentials.

    Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York.

    A minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in a law firm setting, specifically in complex real estate transactions.

    Strong expertise in the areas of joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings.

    Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

    Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
