    The Impact You Will Make

    As a Senior Associate in Enterprise MF Risk - Risk Management, you will have the flexibility to shape your day while working with a caring team. Your responsibilities will include assessing Multifamily Lenders and Sponsors, reviewing financial statements, conducting risk reviews, and presenting analysis to stakeholders.

    Partner with Multifamily to implement successful business strategies and ensure stability in changing market conditions.

    Qualifications

    The Experience You Bring to the Team

    Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree. Proficiency in financial analysis, counterparty credit risk, and strong communication skills are required. Advanced Excel knowledge is essential.

    Desired experiences include 5+ years of related experience, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively across different functions towards common goals.
