    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The role of Enterprise Multifamily Risk - Risk Management - Senior Associate involves overseeing Multifamily business activities and reporting to the Director of Multifamily ERM Modeling, Analytics, and Reporting. You will have the freedom to shape your day while working with a caring team to fulfill the following responsibilities:

    • Monitor key risk metrics and processes to reduce risk using advanced analysis and tools.
    • Prepare analyses and reports to monitor business activities with potential risks and assess them.
    • Utilize internal credit models to evaluate risk exposures and offer insights to the team.
    • Review key credit risk management models and provide recommendations for enhancement.
    • Present analysis findings to senior management and key stakeholders effectively.
    • Collaborate with Multifamily and other stakeholders to implement successful business strategies in evolving market conditions.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experience:

    • 2 years of relevant experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    Desired Experiences:

    • Experience in Multifamily or commercial real estate
    • 5+ years of related experience
    • Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau

    Skills

    • Proficient in managing project plans, resources, and people for successful project completion.
    • Skilled in Relationship Management, engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors effectively.
    • Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing informed conclusions.
    • Ability to present information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
