    Description

    As a valuable member of our team, you will play a key role in identifying potential risks that could impact our reputation, safety, security, and financial success. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to engage with key stakeholders across the organization and understand our business objectives.



    CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM
    The Senior Associate position within Enterprise MF Risk - Risk Management offers you the flexibility to shape your daily activities while working with dedicated individuals. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting the oversight of Multifamily Lenders and Sponsors
    • Examining the financial statements of Multifamily seller and servicer and sponsor counterparties to assess their creditworthiness
    • Conducting thorough risk reviews and technical analyses of counterparties with clear recommendations
    • Performing periodic file reviews and documenting risk mitigation strategies
    • Presenting analysis findings to senior management in a compelling manner
    • Collaborating with the Multifamily team to implement successful business strategies amidst changing market dynamics
    • Working on projects aligned with company goals and strategies

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Previous experience in financial analysis and reporting
    • Knowledge of counterparty credit risk, loan quality analysis, or risk assessment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Advanced Excel

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE
    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Expertise in analyzing company financial data and drawing conclusions
    • Ability to gather information effectively for decision-making
    • Experience in Multifamily and/or GSE environments
    • Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds towards common goals
    • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau
