    Job Description

    As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in identifying potential risks that could impact our reputation, safety, security, and financial success. You will work closely with the team to communicate with key stakeholders and support business objectives.

    • THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Enterprise MF Risk - Risk Management - Senior Associate position provides you with the flexibility to shape each day according to your preferences. You will collaborate with dedicated individuals to fulfill the following responsibilities:

    • Support the oversight of Multifamily Lenders and Sponsors
    • Review financial statements of Multifamily seller, servicer, and sponsor counterparties to assess creditworthiness
    • Conduct risk reviews and analysis of counterparties, offering clear recommendations
    • Perform file reviews periodically, documenting risk mitigation strategies
    • Present analysis findings to key stakeholders and senior management effectively
    • Collaborate with the Multifamily team to drive business strategies

    Qualifications

    • THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences:

    • 2 years of experience
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Prior experience in financial analysis and reporting
    • Knowledge of counterparty credit risk and risk management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Desired Experiences:

    • 5+ years of related experience
    • Proficiency in analyzing company financial data
    • Experience in gathering and interpreting information accurately
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals
    • Skill in using business intelligence tools like Tableau
