    Description

    Customer Service Representative

    MISSION: Provide excellent customer care.

    This is an in-office position located in VA Beach, VA. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm and pays $15-$17/hr depending on experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide excellent customer service by resolving all issues such as processing orders, inventory, tracking, returns/exchanges, and coupon codes
    • Answer customer phone calls, web chat, and emails
    • Work closely with Product Merchandiser, back each other up
    • Effective communication with warehouse, marketing & design
    • Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and innovative ideas
    • Additional duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience providing outstanding customer service
    • Exceptional communication skills on the phone and online
    • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
    • Strong ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
    • Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks in an efficient manner
