What you will do:

Your tasks:

• You will handle customer inquiries regarding mobile communications via phone and email
• You will maintain data to ensure smooth transmission to mobile communication partners
• You will handle problems and complaints in a solution-oriented manner, contributing to sustainable customer satisfaction
