- Conduct research, analyze data, and assist in the development of strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement tailored solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support project management activities
- Contribute to the creation of deliverables such as reports, presentations, and training materials
- Ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations
- Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges faced by clients.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in strategy, management, and relevant industries, and share insights with clients and colleagues.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Master's degree in business, management, or a related field
- Change management certification is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams
- 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in a federal setting
- Ability to analyze complex data, trends, and information to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas and recommendations clearly.
- Prior experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a related field is preferred.
- Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Strategic Advisor, Business Strategist, or Management Consulting.
