What You Will Do
The Management & Strategy Consultant will work with clients to identify and analyze Human Capital challenges and develop solutions that drive positive results.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to identify Human Capital and develop solutions
Conduct research, analyze data and create reports to provide insights and recommendations
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the engagement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
What You Will Need
ACTIVE and current TOP SECRET federal security clearance.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, educational requirement may be waved if candidate have 5 additional years of experience.
5 or more years of consulting experience.What Would Be Nice To Have
Experience with human capital management, workforce planning or organizational design.
Experience with HR data analytics and reporting.
