    The Role:
    In the HALEON's Saint Louis Engineering Maintenance team, we are seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to efficiently manage maintenance activities. Collaborate closely with Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Front Line Leads (FLL), and Unit Leads (UL) to ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS system. A keen eye for detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive performance are essential. Proficiency in SAP/ERP is a must.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Provide Engineering support for Maintenance Works Planning and Scheduling.
    - Develop detailed plans for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and project engineering work orders.
    - Coordinate with production planning for maintenance downtime requirements.
    - Create weekly and monthly schedules and assist in the daily schedule development.
    - Collaborate with Maintenance FLLs, Reliability Engineers, and Maintenance Manager for annual shutdown activities planning.
    - Track and report Planning & Scheduling KPIs regularly.
    - Support Projects team in asset development, preventive maintenance, and spare parts.
    - Assist in audits conducted by Engineering, EHS, and Quality departments.

    Requirements:
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in Planning and Scheduling in a regulated environment.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
    - Experience with Infor EAM CMMS and SAP for CMMS and purchasing.
    - Advanced user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI.
