- Collaborate with the production team to develop and maintain a production schedule that meets customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
- Coordinate with various departments, including brewing, packaging, and logistics, to ensure timely execution of production plans.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply and prevent stockouts.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and other relevant information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of production planning and scheduling policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the production team as needed, including participating in meetings and training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. 13 years of experience as a supply chain planner/scheduler in a manufacturing or brewery environment preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Vicinity software or other manufacturing planning and scheduling software is a plus.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the craft beer industry and a desire to learn and grow in the role.
