    Full-time, On-premiseSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shiftsOverview:Schlafly Beer is looking for a talented Planner/Scheduler to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri.

    As a Planner/Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our brewery, by managing the planning and scheduling of production activities.

    We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about the craft beer industry.


    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the production team to develop and maintain a production schedule that meets customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
    • Coordinate with various departments, including brewing, packaging, and logistics, to ensure timely execution of production plans.
    • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply and prevent stockouts.
    • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and other relevant information.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of production planning and scheduling policies and procedures.
    • Provide support to the production team as needed, including participating in meetings and training sessions.

    RequirementsQualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. 13 years of experience as a supply chain planner/scheduler in a manufacturing or brewery environment preferred, but not required.
    • Experience with Vicinity software or other manufacturing planning and scheduling software is a plus.
    • Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Passion for the craft beer industry and a desire to learn and grow in the role.
