    Job Summary
    The

    Project Manager

    is responsible for directing in-house crews and subcontractors. Also, they work directly with customers and are involved in bidding and billing projects. This position supports the Project Management and Construction team and customers in addition to various personnel in the company. Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.


    Responsibilities:
    Report and communicate to external customer(s) and internal management each day.
    Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements.
    Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team.
    Approve timesheets and daily logs.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum
    High school diploma, or equivalent.
    Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications.
    Intermediate experience in schedule management.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
    Good written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
    Supervisory experience.
    Preferred
    Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or a related field of study.
    Ability to read blueprints accurately.
    Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
    Fundamental knowledge of Primavera P6.
    OSHA 10 Certification.
    3 years of construction project experience.
    Physical Demands and Work Environment
    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

    This position is primarily sedentary, with some filing or lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
