    Strategic Programs & Partnerships Lead

    Humana's Primary Care Organization is the largest and fastest growing value-based care, senior-focused primary care provider in the country, currently operating over 260 centers across fifteen states under two brands: CenterWell & Conviva. The Primary Care Organization will continue to expand its footprint, reaching locations by the end of 2025.

    Operating as a payer-agnostic, wholly owned subsidiary of Humana, our centers put the unique needs of seniors at the center of everything we do.

    Our clinics offer a team-based care model, where our physicians lead a multi-disciplinary care team supporting patients' physical, emotional, and social wellness.

    The Strategic Programs & Partnerships Lead oversees and manages the agent care coordination program within the organization, provides data-based strategic direction and strategic planning support The Strategic Programs & Partnerships Lead will lead initiatives and bring expertise in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations/plans.

    Key attributes of the successful candidate will be strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and organized, adaptable to change, results-driven and the ability to lead and inspire teams.

    + Collaborate with leadership to assess current business strategies and identify areas for improvement and innovation. + Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for strategic growth. + Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organization's position and competitive advantage. + Provide insightful recommendations on business development and partnerships to drive long-term growth. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with overall organizational strategy. + Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. + Create and deliver presentations to communicate complex strategic concepts and recommendations. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to strategic initiatives, adjusting as needed. + Stay abreast of regulations and trends to ensure strategies align with the ever-changing business landscape.
