    Description
    Technical Product Owner will be a vital link between our information technology capacity and our

    business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful technology delivery across one or more digital

    products. The position will focus on the technical delivery of software products, working both independently

    and collaborating with a diverse agile team. The qualified candidate will possess a continuous learning

    mindset, be self-motivated, be able to work autonomously, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

    This position will require occasional after-hours support.


    • Collaborates with sponsors, stakeholders, and technology resources across the enterprise to manage
    and prioritize product backlog.


    • Determines and tracks utilization of engineering capacity.
    • Authors User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
    • Leads User Story Refinement.
    • Accepts User Story delivery based on Acceptance Criteria.
    • Sprint Planning: Determines what Stories are in a Sprint and what Engineering/QA should work on.
    • Sprint Execution: Including all Agile Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, release planning, sprint
    reviews/demos, retrospectives, etc.


    • Provides reporting of IT delivery and Sprint Metrics including defects, enhancements, initiatives.
    • Creates relevant documentation to communicate Sprint updates to business and IT stakeholders.
    • Utilizes data to analyze, identify, and explain complex issues with product delivery.
    • Accountable for driving product development requests to completion, working with a combination of
    on-site, remote, and offshore development and QA resources.


    • Monitors and promotes quality assurance of finished product(s).
    • Performs other duties or tasks as assigned.
    Experience working with on and offshore development teams.


    • Experience utilizing Lucid Charts or similar for process maps and flowcharts.
    • Experience utilizing Figma or similar to review UI/UX designs.
    • CSPO or CSM certification.
    * 5+ years of experience in Agile Development environments including leading Scrum teams.


    • Execution focus - self-starter with a track record of achievement who will roll up his/her sleeves.
    • Strong teaming skills, professional attitude, enthusiastic, collaborative, and approachable.
    • Creative problem-solver; driven to find new ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
    • Credible, confident, and articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills used to deliver
    ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders across the organization.


    • Ability to quickly learn and assimilate information from a variety of sources to develop a deep
    understanding of various business processes.


    • Experience utilizing JIRA and Confluence to manage scrum/agile projects and produce documentation.
    • Expertise with O365 including Excel and PowerPoint.
