Description
Summary Essential Job Functions
Own the roadmap for initiatives requiring system, configuration, or process changes within the Finxact and Savana environments to support the Digital Banks goals and strategic initiatives.
Manage the Finxact and Savana release schedules which include coordination with ITs release management team, UAT, vendors, SMEs, and all end users.
Own the delivery of configuration to support Digital Bank products and initiatives by working closely with the other Digital Bank Product Owners.
Support and partner with engineering teams - including escalation and resolution of impediments.
Communicate strategy and services to external and internal partners, peers, and executives.

Position Requirements
An undergraduate degree and 6 plus years of work experience.
At least 2 years of experience as a product owner or product manager on an Agile sprint team.
At least 2 years working as a business analyst within a Finxact/Savana ecosystem.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
Preferred
Experience in the Finance or Accounting field at a financial institution working as a product owner/manager in an Agile environment.
