**Customer Service/Welcome Call Agent** Location **Soleil Management Corporate** City/State **Las Vegas, NV** **Job Brief**
Answer incoming phone calls from reservation phone line in a prompt manner and to implement customer service on any level that is needed. A positive attitude is a must.
The Customer Service/Welcome Call Agent will provide customer service and support for all Somerpointe Resorts customers/owners with a focus on new customers/owners. This will be done by pursuing outbound Welcome Calls to new owners to discuss their recent purchase and cover key areas of the purchase as identified by SOP. The Customer Service/Welcome Call Agent will work with various departments to assist with and solve any issues that arise during these calls. There will be related elements of spreadsheet tracking, reporting and analytics that will be maintained and communicated.
**Essential Functions:**
1) Make outbound Welcome Calls to new purchasers and cover key areas as defined by SOP.
2) Answer inbound customer service calls and work with various departments to assist with and solve any issues that arise during these calls.
3) Maintain any related spreadsheets or reports for management and team
Effectively log/note call outcomes in the company software.
Meet all deadlines, as set by management.
Maintain and enforce a professional environment.
Maintain a flexible schedule.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the resorts and companies.
Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
**Job Specifications:**
Prior Customer Service required
Proficient with typical computer systems and Microsoft office products such as Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
Proficient in basic data input and analytics
