The Customer Care Agent is primarily responsible for aiding patrons and patients, telephonically. The Customer Care Agent conducts day-to-day customer phone support while adhering to company policy and industry regulations. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the medical cannabis industry.

The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLOTM as well as under the recently acquired brands, Nature's Remedy, and NuLeaf.
