- Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for customer service system access issues

- Review supplier access requests and meet established SLA for responses
- Provide distribution lists of member and supplier users for communications when needed
- Manage security system backlog and priorities for bug fixes and enhancements
- College degree preferred
- Work experience may be substituted for college degree preferred
- 3 years or more experience supporting business systems and interfacing with customers and internal/ external stakeholder preferred
- Strong understanding of data and systems highly desired preferred

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Systems Security Analyst is responsible for level 2 support of multiple supplier, member and employee systems. Responsible for ensuring system security policies are followed and goals are met. Must conduct user audits to ensure compliance. Conducts PASS live training and creates recorded training videos & material. The Systems Security Analyst will have comprehensive knowledge of all HealthTrust systems and how they interface with other source systems and provide IT teams guidance and recommendations for new & existing systems' security requirements.
