Seeking a security analyst to sit between the customer and the security solutions provider to handle issue resolutions, assign and track tickets, escalate and track issues to closure.

Work to be performed onsite in Brentwood, TN 5 days per week. Normal business hours.

Required Skills -

2+ years of recent Cyber security experience

Experience as a Security Analyst

Firewall experience

Ticketing tool (ServiceNow preferred)

Understanding of IAM

Job Duties -

This position will sit between the customer and the security solutions provide and respond to tickets, working with the customer to ensure that the tickets are populated with all required information and route to the appropriate team. Update tickets and route them thru the system. Answer questions from the customer regarding ticket status.

Job Requirements -Local to Nashville and able to work onsite, Level 1.5 cyber security, Experience with a ticketing tool, familiar with firewalls technology.
