- Analyzing, tracking, and providing information for resolving information security risks
- Tier 1 problem identification, diagnosis, and incident resolution
- Supporting security solutions such as antivirus/malware, tracking software, IDS/IPS, and SIEM
- Developing and maintaining procedures and playbooks for security processes
- Collaborating with IT Operations, IT Engineering, and Help Desk to enhance organization security
- Assisting during high and critical incidents, supporting incident manager
- Implementing and optimizing security projects
- Offering threat intel and statistics to management
- Providing technical security advice and policy recommendations for enhancing Sound's security posture

About the Role:
The Information Security Analyst is tasked with safeguarding Sound Physicians' assets and reports directly to the Manager of Information Security. The focus is to uphold security program requirements for Sound Physicians and reinforce current security practices while offering risk and threat statistics to management.
The Details: Occasional travel (1-2 trips per year) is expected.
