- 8 years of expertise in Product Marketing and at least 4 years of experience as an inspirational leader, leading a team of at least 4 direct reports. (required)
- Experience and knowledge of the Not-For-Profit (NFP) and/or Healthcare verticals. (required)
- You have demonstrated experience marketing B2B Accounting/ERP software solutions to financial professionals - understanding their business management needs and challenges.(ideal)
- Significant experience in both strategic and hands-on roles, with a history of launching successful products in competitive B2B SaaS markets.
- You can provide successful examples of how you've led through influence and when your team felt supported and motivated to deliver even bigger results.
- Comfortable and effective communicating, influencing, and gaining buy-in in a global, matrix environment.
- Creative thinker with a strong ability to generate and implement innovative marketing ideas, along with a solid record of developing compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
- Experienced speaker, able to engage large audiences and effectively present to executive leadership across various management levels.
- Lead a high-performing team of up to 5 Product Marketing Managers.
- Own the strategy for the NFP & Healthcare industry, including micro-verticals inside the vertical to achieve our ambition and growth targets.
- Accountable for the overall commercial success of NFP and Healthcare verticals, by developing the positioning, value proposition, messaging, pricing, tiering and packaging, go-to-market messaging, etc. for the specific Vertical, focusing on understanding the market, meeting customer needs and differentiating Sage's offerings.
- Developing effective messaging and content strategies tailored to the NFP & Healthcare verticals, ensuring that product marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals.

In collaboration with marketing and sales teams, you'll define the strategy for effective value propositions, and equip our sales force with the tools needed for success.
Leading a team of up to 5 high-performing product marketing managers, you'll nurture an environment focused on excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
