    The Product Marketing Manager provides product line support for program strategy, operational readiness, and on-going sales support. This position bridges Engineering, Technical Product, Marketing Communications, and Sales management.

    Strong communication skills are a must. Duties include converting technical positioning into key market messages and oversight of launching the products into market. Candidate must be able to demonstrate competence in the following duties:

    Essential Duties:

    • Participate in the development of company products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations and market demands in adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
    • Ensure organization is fully prepared for product and feature releases.
    • Assist in the development of marketing plans defining the outlook for the TeleVox product portfolio.
    • Align sales tools and the ideal sales process to the typical buying personas.
    • Creation of client-facing product videos, promotional materials, and conducting webinars
    • Create standard presentations and demo scripts.
    • Conduct training for Sales and Support/Implementation resources
    • Assist Implementation Team to define best practices for client onboarding.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation such as release notes.
    • Compile competitive intel and present to organization.
    • Support multiple products in throughout their life cycle.
    • Monitor pricing and performance of new product lines.
    • Identify best opportunities for lead generation.
    • Identify product references for industry and customer referrals.
    • Follow best practices to comply with HIPAA/SOC II standards.
    • Comply with the letter and spirit of the TeleVox Information Security Policy
    • Other duties as assigned by management.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, management information systems, marketing, or a related field
      • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of product marketing management experience required or in a role that closely aligns to the above responsibilities.
    • 1+ year project management experience preferred.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
    • Basic knowledge of product and project management software tools preferred, such as Aha and Jira

    Annual salary $100K-$110K (this role is not bonus eligible)
