We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process for critical roles across some of our engineering teams.
This is an opportunity for a proven recruiter to leverage their deep technical knowledge and strong sourcing skills to build a best-in-class talent pipeline for Hayden.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, develop compelling job descriptions, and craft targeted recruitment strategies.
Lead the sourcing process, utilizing a variety of advanced techniques to identify top talent within a competitive landscape.
Conduct in-depth technical screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full interview process, including scheduling, logistics, candidate communication, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Negotiate offers, manage complexities of hiring packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the hiring process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment. Prior startup experience is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully placing high-caliber engineers in hardware, device software, and perception engineering roles.
In-depth knowledge of hardware, device software, and perception engineering principles, with the ability to translate technical requirements into clear candidate profiles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex conversations with both hiring managers and senior-level candidates.
Demonstrated expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruiting technologies.
