    RoleYou will source, engage, manage, and close candidates for our technical teams (Engineering, Research, Product). We are a lean team where everyone does full-cycle recruiting. You'll have a lot of ownership and the opportunity to build relationships throughout the company.


    Impact:
    You'll be an early member of our technical recruiting team and build the next stage of Harvey. We have ambitious targets to hit and are building recruiting processes from the ground up. You'll help change the nature of work in a $1T+ industry. Qualifications2-8 years experience building strong technical teams at fast-paced, high-growth companies.

    CompensationIn consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $135,000 and $225,000.

    However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.

    Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
