- The Commission Specialist will: collect, record, analyze, calculate, and communicate financial information to customers while maintaining professional conduct, following company procedures, ensuring confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service.
- Collect commission statements and documents
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Record revenue
- Analyze commission schedules and agreements
- Understand customer relationships, hierarchies, and contracts
- Calculate commission payouts based on schedules and agreements
- Locate and send commission statements to clients
- Communicate commission information to customers verbally and in writing (Insurance carriers and insurance advisors)
- Locate and Update customer bank information
- Assist with creating invoices
- Perform Debt Collections monthly
- Corrects mistakes or errors efficiently
- Follow procedures to protect client and company financial information
- Proficient in Excel
- Quick to learn software
