Location: Troy, MI area

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nurse looking for an opportunity to provide essential medical support to students within a school setting? Soliant Education is seeking a full-time School Nurse (RN/LPN) to work 1:1 with a student in the Troy, Michigan area. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the life of a student by providing trach and vent support, assistance with navigating the school environment, and some toileting support.

Position Details:

Position Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 medical support to a student with specialized needs.
Support Needed: Trach and vent support, assistance navigating the school, and some toileting support.
Transportation: Bus-riding to and from school with the student.
School Level: Elementary School.

Requirements:

License: Michigan LPN or RN License.
Experience: Previous experience working with trach and vent patients preferred but not required.
passion: A caring and empathetic attitude towards working with students with medical needs.
