    Description

    Role summary:

    Incedo is seeking an experienced HRBP- Associate Director who will play a vital role in shaping the organizational culture and establishing Incedo as an employer of choice in North America. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and a strong skill set across various HR disciplines. If you have a proven track record of developing influential partnerships with middle and senior management, executing HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and promote a positive employee experience, and if you are interested in building and implementing innovative programs in a fast-paced and evolving environment, we would love to hear from you

    The role will report to: HR Head for North America

    Key job Responsibilities:

    • Culture Champion: Collaborate with office leadership to establish inclusive practices and guidelines, promoting a positive work culture. Promote Incedo way and provide guidance/support, promoting understand and alignment of firm valued.
    • World class HR processes: Design and operationalize core HR processes, including new hire onboarding, offboarding, goal setting, etc. Work with cross-functional HR and business teams to ensure HR delivery excellence across employee life cycle
    • Employee Engagement: Establish rigor on employee connect programs, events and activities, Rewards and Recognition Practices, focused to enhance employee morale and long term engagement.
    • HR Advisory: Provide expert guidance to business leadership and managers on HR issues and policies. Utilize data and analytics to offer insights for informed decision-making. Act as a frontline resource for HR queries and provide timely responses.
    • Talent Retention and Development: Create innovative professional development programs and job mobility options, positioning Incedo as a premier long-term career destination. Identify talent gaps and collaborate with the learning and development team to deliver customized training and mentoring programs for various employee groups.
    • Special Projects: Take ownership of identifying, planning, and executing special projects that contribute to the overall HR strategy and objectives of the organization.

    Requirements for incumbent to be successful in the role

    • Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage ambiguity with an open mind and positive attitude.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
    • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people.. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders to align objectives and make informed decisions.
    • Strong program management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and drive large complex programs positively impacting employee experience and creating firm level impact
    • Knowledge of relevant local HR and labor regulations

    Experience and Education

    • Bachelors degree in HR, business administration( masters degree preferred).
    • 10+ years of HR experience. Experience/Exposure to learning and development function is preferred
