    Job Description

    We have partnered with a nationwide family-owned, full-service design and construction company. They are a leading player in complete commercial construction projects across over 40 states. Recently, they established a second headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, and are on the lookout for skilled individuals in the trades to be part of their rapidly expanding team.

    We are currently seeking an Electrical Foreman to contribute to their new construction endeavors in the Phoenix area. We need talented individuals with a background in being Electricians and leading electrical teams on fresh construction sites.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in installing electrical systems for large commercial projects
    • At least 2 years of prior foreman experience in Multi-family or commercial projects
    • Journeyman License is a plus

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Participate in job site meetings and offer valuable insights to General Contractors regarding electrical setups
    • Submit daily reports about the job site progress to the Project Manager
    • Manage electrical materials organization and maintain inventory reports
    • Keep a precise calendar of material shipment schedules (lights, gear, trim, etc.)
    • Adhere to the General Contractors' timeline and optimize workforce management
    • Schedule electrical inspections and accompany inspectors on job walks
    • Interpret intricate blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams
    • Install various electrical distribution equipment, wiring, and lighting in-ground conduits
    • Troubleshoot and fix electrical wiring, lighting, and devices
