Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of electricians
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with other trades and project managers to ensure smooth project execution
- Estimate project costs, prepare bids, and manage project budgets
- Schedule and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for each project
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Experience using construction management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
