    Description

    **Inventory Control Specialist**

    San Jose, California / Operations / Full-time **Responsibilities** Conduct daily cycle counts for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and non conforming materials Performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies Audit and verify process compliance and follow up with findings Manage inventory transfers between warehouses Operates hand truck or pallet jack in loading/unloading or picking items as needed. Ensure materials are in proper locations.

    **Qualifications**

    + Previous experience in inventory control

    + Deadline and detail-oriented

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent math skills

    + Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.

    + Able to work while standing for long periods of time

    + Flexible and adaptable; available for a changing schedule

    + Ability to gather and organize information, to compose letters, memo and correspondence requiring independent judgment

    + Must possess problem solving and critical thinking skills

    + Independent thinker w/ability to troubleshoot day-to-day events and plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload

    + Willing to work weekends when necessary

    + Ability to speak Vietnamese a plus

    The job is based in our San Jose, CA location.

    We pay 100% medical, dental and vision premiums for employees, and offer a 401K dollar for dollar match for 5% of your compensation.

    We offer two weeks paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, plus 48 hours of sick leave, We pay time and a half for overtime.
