I am Akshay Nayak, currently pursuing Business Analytics Program at Santa Clara University. 

• Extracting the instrument measurement data from Programable Logic Controllers in Big Query to evaluate performance metrics like Accuracy, Precision, and Drift.  Performing analyses and visualizing it in the form of Data Studio dashboards
• Deriving Key Performance Indicators of equipment such as Mean Time Between Failure and Uptime in Google Colab and visualizing the results (using Matplotlib) to help the technician team in executing maintenance activities.
• Performing ad hoc analysis in Ms. excel to check the validity of anomalous instrument measurement readings.
• Performing Root Cause Analysis of frequently occurring instrument failures by referring to the instrument failure data stored in SAP PM module, resulting in reduction in the procurement cost by 9%.
• Analyzing historical data of instrumentation maintenance activities in Big Query to create preventive maintenance schedules.
• Using instrument consumption pattern data of last few months to analyze the monthly trends of consumption pattern in Tableau to procure and maintain optimum level of inventories for the seamless operation of Demineralized water plant.
