    In this role of Regional Recruiter at HDR, you will work closely with leadership to identify and recruit top talent in the Northeast US.

    Your responsibilities will involve managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, selection, and closing roles such as engineers, architects, project managers, and environmental scientists across various sectors.

    In addition to building relationships with key stakeholders and partners, you will collaborate with diversity and inclusion teams to enhance our talent pool.

    As part of a global team, you will play a vital role in driving recruitment initiatives, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our business partners.
