*Pre-Turnaround Planner- reviews specifications and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates as well as selecting vendors or subcontractors presented for daily turnaround activities. This position plans and schedules workflow for each department, operations, and subcontractors to meet scheduled deadlines.Roles & Responsibilities:
