    Duties:

    • Maintain regular meetings with both new and existing Fortune 500 clients to promote KellyMitchell IT staffing services
    • Utilize a relationship-centered sales strategy to establish enduring connections with IT Hiring Managers through weekly client interactions
    • Drive sales revenue by identifying new accounts via LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Bring forth weekly job requests and ensure suitable candidates are presented for each position
    • Collaborate with Recruiters to guarantee all candidates are prepared before client interviews
    • Adhere to the sales process to consistently meet and surpass weekly targets
    • Act as the primary contact for all account correspondence and handle escalation/resolution of issues
    • Responsible for account performance and supplier scorecard metrics
    • Guide and support Recruiters by participating in the sourcing and screening processes when needed

    Desired Skills/Experience:

    • Completion of a Bachelor's degree
    • Demonstrated success in a competitive, high-paced, sales-focused setting
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to establish and uphold client relationships
    • Positive mindset, team-oriented mentality, and determination to achieve success
    • High energy and competitive spirit that strives for results and personal responsibility for sales
    • Background in selling staffing solutions, professional services, and IT solutions is advantageous
    • Willingness to travel locally and possess reliable transportation
