    Description

    Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition associate to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and job fairs.
    • Manage job postings, select appropriate advertising mediums, and maintain internal/external postings.
    • Conduct pre-screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
    • Manage requisitions, monitor status, and develop candidate pipelines.
    • Budget management for external postings, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
    • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires into company systems.
    • Participate in recruitment events to attract talent and promote company culture.
    • Conduct exit interviews and assist HR in talent management initiatives.
    • Communicate company values to potential candidates and uphold culture.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2-4 years of Talent Acquisition or similar recruitment experience.
    • Track record of meeting time-to-fill targets and providing quality candidates.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) is preferred.
    • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
