- Managing and executing omni channel services

- Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner
- Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
- Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor for our Acne Studios studio. As Client Advisor at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the studio but also through the whole customer cycle.
