    The Senior Technical Project Manager at Shift Digital is a harbinger of engineering excellence, embodying our ethos of innovation and client execution.

    Situated in the metro Detroit area, this hybrid role elevates the project management paradigm, orchestrating synergy between our client account teams and technical squads.

    It's a position that thrives on collaborative ingenuity, ensuring that the ideation and delivery of projects resonate with our client's visions.

    ResponsibilitiesOversee large, complex projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
    Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers.
    Develop project plans, set objectives, allocate resources, and establish project metrics.
    Engage with stakeholders at all levels and ensure clear communication regarding project status and goals.
    Evaluate project performance, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
    Additional ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
    Required SkillsProven work experience in project management in a technical field.
    Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
    Skilled at working closely with other departments and teams.
    Desired SkillsCertifications in Project Management.
    Analytical and multitasking skills.

    QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.5-8 years of technical project management experience.
    Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
    Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
