Your Responsibilities
- Independently lead projects with interdisciplinary teams to ensure long-term competitiveness of production and supply chain
- Report to senior management in production and supply chain and ensure information flow
- Develop and optimize company processes and identify and implement improvement potentials
- Develop and optimize production systems and identify and implement improvement potentials
- Independently plan and moderate workshops
- Ensure defined goals and take early countermeasures in case of deviations from plans
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Assertiveness and confident appearance towards internal and external decision-makers
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
