AAC is seeking a Network Analyst for an exciting opportunity in downtown Columbia, SC. This position would require the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with at least 1 year of experience that is excited to gain exposure to an enterprise level NOC.

This position is for second shift (1:00 pm to 11:00 pm EST). Candidate must be able/willing to work 1st (7:00 am to 5:00 pm EST) or 3rd (10:00 pm to 8:00 am EST) shifts as required. For the first month, this position will work regular shift, M-F (8-5 PM). The NOC operates Monday through Sunday, 24x7. Personnel work four, 10 hour days per week. These could include Saturdays and Sundays. Candidate must be willing to work on Saturday and/or Sunday if the schedule dictates it.

The candidate should have the following technologies and knowledge:

Active Directory
Network and IT hardware support experience in an enterprise or multi-site environment
Basic knowledge of network routing and switching
Excellent customer service
Knowledge of SCCM
Knowledge of SolarWinds or other enterprise monitoring tools
Experience utilizing a ticketing system
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
Understanding of the 7 layer OSI Model
