Job Description Summary

Enterprise is looking for a cybersecurity analyst to join the corporate cybersecurity team. Reporting to the Vice President of Cybersecurity and working closely with the Sr.

Cybersecurity Analyst, the primary role of the cybersecurity analyst will be to monitor, maintain, and enhance new and existing cybersecurity protections and monitoring tools and to respond to alerts based on defined procedures - ensuring a proactive approach to securing the organization.


Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a suite of cybersecurity tools and technologies, ensuring operational readiness and optimal configuration at all times.
  • Monitor security systems, logs, and alerts to identify potential security incidents, anomalies, or suspicious activities.
  • Assist in triaging and prioritizing security incidents based on severity and impact.
  • Work with Enterprise management and staff, thirdparty security consultants, and managed service providers to assess risks, establish priorities, conduct reviews, and implement solutions.
  • Work as a part of the Cybersecurity team on daytoday tasks managing the cybersecurity posture of the organization.
  • Track metrics and create/present reports to management.
  • Follow predefined procedures and protocols to respond to security incidents and alerts.
  • Document incident details, actions taken, and outcomes for further analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and remediation activities.
  • Assist in conducting vulnerability scans and assessments to identify potential weaknesses in systems and networks.
  • Help prioritize and track remediation efforts based on vulnerability severity and risk.
  • Facilitate cybersecurity awareness training sessions and initiatives to educate employees on security best practices.
  • Provide basic guidance and support to endusers on securityrelated inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare basic reports and documentation on security metrics, trends, and key findings.
  • Stay current on IT security trends and news.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level understanding of networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and network protocols
  • Comfortable communicating with and interacting with individuals from all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience and expertise in an IT field, such as support, infrastructure, or software engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, or others related to IT operations, infrastructure, or security.

  • The base salary for this role is $80,000 to $95,000, depending on level of skills and experience._
  • The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave _programs._
