As our Technology Strategy Director you will work in a remote setting and report into the Senior Director/ VP, Technology Strategy, in addition to partnering with other senior leaders, analysts and managers on each project.


You will be called to master our frameworks and develop a deep understanding of how the entire marketing technology stack comes together to enable our client's vision.

_ You will..._

  • Connect technology capability challenges or goals to business needs and build compelling stories to explain value to our clients
  • Build relationships and manage client expectations by facilitating and driving client meetings and discussions
  • Lead daily delivery efforts partnering with the engagement team members to complete materials in PowerPoint, excel, and Lucidchart.
  • Bring an industryleading perspective / POV about key areas of the customer experience technology stack and create expertise
  • Provide opinions and recommendations in all manner of marketingrelated technology use cases
  • Lead consulting engagements by building the storytelling and developing recommendations for how to best leverage information and technology to drive programs across all channels and media
  • Direct and manage consulting analysts to guide work product development, coach on presentation and storytellng skills, and educate on technology capabilities
  • Leverage existing frameworks and gather key assets and materials
  • Own internal initiatives to improve the offerings and capabilities of the overall team including bringing new consulting engagements to leadership for consideration
  • Develop materials to illustrate and educate teams on how CX technology components work together to support evolved customer experiences
  • Supoprt business development opportunities across verticals as a technology strategy SME or finding opportunities within existing clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience in consulting within technology or marketing
- _ OR_ 10+ years of experience working in a digital agency operating marketing technology in a specific field

  • Experience throughout career with Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) technical concepts, customer experience technology, including loyalty, service, commerce, content, analytics and cloud technologies
  • Expert knowledge in a focused capability and/or capabilities around relational databases, customer data integration, analytic modeling, campaign management, content management, commerce, loyalty, messaging, service and business intelligence systems
  • Experience managing people and leading a crossfunctional team
  • Proficiency with full Microsoft suite of products _and _Lucidchart, Miro and Vizio
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Deep knowledge on how technology ecosystems work and how they are implemented to be used by marketing/business teams, including platforms such as:
  • This should include major requirements for successful implementation and the problems a technology is built to resolve.
  • It may also include an understanding of different vendors for a technology and how they each provide unique solutions in the larger marketplace for the technology
  • Success in leading consulting work for clients and providing presentations and deliverables to a client
  • Travel for clients is typically up to 25%_

Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850 / year.
