    Our organization is growing, and we're on the hunt for an Outside Sales Representative in Topeka and nearby areas. This role offers a great chance for fast income growth and career progression once you've mastered our system.

    Responsibilities:

    • Master our proven sales system through training and apply it in the field
    • Secure new business by pitching to local organizations and acquiring new accounts
    • Utilize our proven system to develop a sustainable referral network

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in direct sales, outside sales, or B2B sales is preferred
    • Capability to work autonomously and manage your schedule efficiently
    • Skilled in quickly establishing trust and rapport
    • Goal-driven with a knack for meeting deadlines
    • Active insurance license or readiness to acquire one upon hiring
